God Is I Am

A stillness of the water,
A silence of your breath.
A time lapse in reality
A heaviness in your chest.

A castle of prominence
Standing tall and alone.
Attached to the hills
Foregone in dreams and poems.

The setting sun brings shadows
And plays a game of darkness with hints of rage.
With light dancing across the rippled pond
The clouds move in, reflecting an ominous sign.

The moving light, a delight to those that see through Spirit’s eyes.
It is the contrast between dark and light
A constant reminder of the Soul living a human life.
